I wouldn’t worry about draft position. We had the number 1 overall pick 2 years in a row and look where we are. If they want someone bad enough they will trade the picks/assets for him. I won’t ever forget Atlanta came all the way up to get Julio Jones. Jaguars went up to get Harvey and on and on. If you’re wanting Henry, he can be scooped up by the Jaguars regardless if we win against the Colts.

Well the idea was to land a top 2 pick to trade back with a QB needy team and land a haul. That is out the question now, so yes, agree don't worry about draft position.

We've won once on the road all season and I don't see that changing on Sunday. Whatever the score is on Sunday will have no impact on Shads decision. They are either gone or staying already. 

I just hope that Shad, if he does decide to keep one or both, is ready for the monumental blowback from the fans and media. Well be back to the laughing stock franchise. On the other hand I hope if we do move on that he's been spending these last 2 months finding who he wants for those positions.

This is my issue. I sure hope so, but there are a lot of rules for tampering and stuff, and in this day and age I’m sure there would have been some sort of leak about potential options/interviews. There would also be strong leaks about Baalke being let go. All we really have heard is vague rumors and that really the only person who knows is Shad himself. Meanwhile the Jets have been full on looking for GM options for weeks. There is going to be a lot of HC jobs available, I’d hate to miss out on the top options because we are too busy looking for a GM due to Shads inactivity.

That's the worry. Plenty of teams looking for HCs and GMs already and we haven't hit Black Monday where I expect more to go. The worry is going to be waiting for guys like Ben Johnson and Coen to get eliminated from the playoffs before we can talk and there will be multiple teams interested.

For me, the shortlist should be a page of A4 paper with Ben Johnsons name on it.
