I'd rather have him as a backup than CJ.   

I can't imagine anyone is giving him a starting position next season.   He may as well stay in Duval.

Playing for a tie is a mistake. This game cannot go to OT and risk offseaon injury to a starter.

No way.. As much as I thought CJ Beathard was terrible at the time, McCorkle has shown me that he is measurably worse than CJ.

He is already out of the NFL. He isn't even a starter in CFL now, just a back up.
