I will always respect Doug for the disaster zone he walked into and how quickly he turned it around. It was as bad a situation as we've had and he did a great job getting back to back winning seasons. Sadly since the 8-3 start last season we've been in a nosedive and unable to get out of it. We've lost 18 of the last 23, 1-8 on the road and last in D. 

This season has been really bad and the team looks a shadow of the team of the the last 2 years. We've not played well once all season, we've not improved or looked like we are fighting. Doug looked broken as the season progressed and so did the team.

Thank you Doug, I always respect you for what you've done here but I just can't see next year being a turnaround with the same staff.

Jeanty is a good back, but if they spend the #5 overall pick on a RB it will be a huge mistake and a waste.

100%. A new DC and scheme, some quality at DT and some improvements at DB and watch this D take a big step forwards. If we can get pressure through the middle just watch Josh and Walker feast.
