Divisional round

They did enough in critical situations to move Goff out of his comfort zone.

Now we just need LA to upset Philadelphia today.

Lions ran the ball great. Line was really creating lanes at times. Pass protection wasn't as good. Same plays, such td to Laporta, Goff was able to make a play. Other times he struggled. In hindsight they should have run more but they were always playing behind.

Redskins trade and cut their 2 1st round edge players in Sweat and Young and make it to the NFC championship. Most thought they were in a rebuild and nobody really wanted the Commanders job last year. Ben Johnson didn't like the job and he just got beat by them lol. It just shows you can turn things around in 1 year.

I think the winners of the 2 games today will be the 2 teams in the Super Bowl

Is Joe Brady who you want for our coach?

Right now my coaching list is probably

1. Ben J
2. Spags
3. Brady
4a. Coen
4b. Kingsbury
5a. Shula
5b. Glenn

It could also show that many teams have very talented players whose only crime is less than optimal utilization and motivation. Look at Detroit's defense. How many of their first line players are on IR this year?

Redskins* not Lions.  Yup, coaching is very important. Hopefully we can get the right one and that coaching brings in the right coordinators

Sadly I don't see any team beating the Chiefs. Rigged or not, they always get their way somehow. And it stinks even more that most of the teams still in it are teams i don't care for at all but I will root for anyone playing against the Chiefs at this point

The Lions won the battle in the trenches.  Jayden Daniels was just better.  Daniels' stat line was just OK, but he did it with blitzers in his face the whole game and he avoided contact really well.

I don't think the loss reflects on either coordinator.  The Lions' injuries finally caught up to them.

But Daniels turned in the coolest, calmest, low key amazing QB performance I've seen since Brady retired.
My fellow southpaw Mark Brunell will probably always be my favorite Jaguar.

Texans complaining about the calls today. All I can say is remember what you said when Miles Jack wasn't down?

For the record, the in-game announcers were complaining about the terrible calls in their post-game wrap-up.  So it's certainly much more than 'sour grapes' from just the Texans fans.  I've said it already but the fact that Mahomes is abusing the rules will end up in a bad result for the game of football.

At this point if it were Dallas and KC playing I'd have a hard time rooting for either to win and I always want Dallas to lose.

Fun fact: the NFL got the idea for the SkyCam from the XFL who introduced it to television audiences in their inaugural season.

Higbee ran a nice route there. Pretty nice move to break back inside.

Chiefs are just the new Patriots. Making a mockery of the league and conference in general. When you know how to finish games there is a proven formula for success and they swear by it hence why they're always around. Can you imagine if the Chiefs were in the AFC South? That's basically how the Patriots had it in the AFC East back in the 00's-10's. You make your own luck, timely officiating is just salty fans wanting new outcomes. I hope the Bills are the AFC representative in the Super Bowl. Washington needs to change their name back, hope the Eagles lose. These games have been pretty good and that's worth celebrating from a fan's perspective that's all you can ask.

Also, is this board on life support? It's like being on dial-up internet again.
