It worked for the rams because those picks were in exchange for established All Pro players.
I do think this will work out in the end, but this is not similar to what the rams have done.

Love the Milum pick out of West Virginia.
3xConsensus All-American, can play RT, LT, projects as a guard.

Jaguars have 2 more picks at the top of round 4, which starts at noon tomorrow.

That’s it for tonight.

I’m really wondering where the jags go next. I think pass rusher if there are any good potential in the 4th round. Also, a running back and one more wr maybe. Jags can get into the after draft free agency time to fill up anything left. I like etn and tank a lot. Plus we have that guy from Texas who was drafted last year who I can’t remember playing. I’d say another running back to create some competition.

I’m with you on the pass rusher. We desperately need something up front that will move the needle, but we need something behind Hines-Allen and Walker just as much.

I was hoping Xavier Watts would come to Jax but Atlanta got him at 96 overall.

as for me I think its riskey, and ballssey at same time.  Gladstonce has the balls to take a risk even if it means tradeing picks.    I do think its a lot more of Tony who has the big kunas t make that trade.  Time will tell.

If you could go back in time, and you were a Jaguars fan, you would still make the Jalen Ramsey pick. He led us to an AFC championship game that we almost won. Yes we had to trade him away too soon, but we got two first round picks out of that deal.
My fellow southpaw Mark Brunell will probably always be my favorite Jaguar.

Wrong.

I hope so. Let's look at this from a realistic point of view since most people I hear on the radio and read are making this guy the best football player to ever step on the field and he hasn't even played a snap in the NFL. Let's say that he is the second coming of Prime Time. When PT was drafted by the Falcons they were a similarly bad team to the Jags. Do you know how many winning seasons PT lead Atlanta to? 1, just 1. Was he a highlight on Atlanta? Heck yes, but as amazing as he was it didn't lead the team to winning. A player like PT was the cherry on top of a good team like he was the other places he played, not the main ingredient. Those of you that say "He will play both ways". Will he play some on both sides of the ball some? Probably, but those people that have this vision in their mind of him playing like he did in Colorado are crazy. This is the NFL not playing North Dakota State. I don't have a problem with the pick, according to all of you, it's amazing. What I have a problem with is that with a team so hurting for talent and having these guys that, according to them, know what their doing in the draft the Jags got 1 great player instead of 3.

Have you considered that they don't think there are 3 great players in this draft that they could get? That they see pick 36 as a value equivalent to pick 88 this year? The falcons were much farther behind than this team is, and they already put band aids on the gaping holes. Now with the addition of safety, guard, 2 picks in the next 6 with good value at needed positions left, and extra mid-round picks in next year's draft it seems like they put a working plan in place the last two days. They'll bring in a class of about seven rookies from this draft who will make the roster and be set to work the draft next year to replace the band aids.

I like both picks. Depth pieces.

The Jags season will depend on COACHING and Trevor Lawrence. The rest..
The Other Jag Forum: Duval Football Fans.

Brandon Scherff is no longer that dude.   Next season I want him gone.

Kinda funny seeing the war room looking all updated with tech and such.. Kinda used to seeing them in something like the janitor's closet with a camcorder.
