Just a way to early prediction,but i  do believe all of this is very very possible.  how the season will go after we open up vs panthers.  If panthers beat jags it will be a long season.  Not only will we start 0-1,the losing will continue on  into this season for a while.

@bengals L

vs texans L moveing us to 0-3

@ 49ers  L   moves us to 0-4 for second stright season starting 0-4

vs chiefs L 0-5

vs seahawks L 0-6

vs rams in london we get a upset,and finnalley get our first win.   1-6

@ vegas L 1-7

@texans L 1-8

vs chargers W 2-8

@ cardnials L 2-9

@ tittians   L 2-10

vs colts W  3-10

vs jets  4-10

@broncos L  4-11

@colts   L 4-12

vs titians W 5-12

another loseing season because we started off loseing to panthers,and we will be watching panthers play in thier 3rd super bowl come feb.

Heres the great news though if the  3rd time is a charm for the jags and we beat panthers season will be completly different.  we start 1-0

@ Bengals W 2-0

vs  texans W 3-0

@49ers L  3-1

vs chiefs L 3-2

seahawks W 4-2

Rams in london W 5-2

@vegas W  6-2  record

@texans L  dropping our record to 6-3

@vs chargers W 7-3

@ cardnials  L 7-4

@ titians  L 7-5

vs colts W 8-5

vs jets  9-5

@ denver L 9-6

@ colts  L 9-7

vs titians  W 10-7  we end season with a overall record of 10-7.

our whole season is rideing on rather we lose,or beat the panthers in opening week in 2025.

Last time we opened at home vs Carolina we looked good until they benched Peete, Delhomme came in won the game and his career was born.

I don't watch college football,but you missed part of panthers start against jags.      2023 Panthers start season against jags by winning.    2023 Panthers go to the Super Bowl      2015 Panthers start season against jags by winning.   2015   panther go to the super bowl.

2025  Panthers start season against the jags,and if they beat us they are going to the Super Bowl.  If they lost they won't go to the Super Bowl. read the  entire post not just part of it please.

My post isn't commenting necessarily on your first post, I'm referencing the Panthers from your post and also bringing in your idea of the NFL being rigged. 2023 the Panthers didn't play the Jags 1st game or go to the Superbowl nor did the Buckeyes win the national championship the prior year. If we are gonna push its rigged, you have to ignore all the other stuff that doesn't fit the narrative or it would be debunked. (I'm also joking with the rigged narrative Wolfie, but it is an interesting coincidence.)

Jogging the old memory this morning, without looking it up, wasn’t that 2003 when we lost by 1 point and Del Rio’s first year. Which could’ve been the downfall of our own QB because Del Rio was hoping to get the same results as the Panthers got from Delhomme.

I think that game was the last time Mark Brunell threw a TD pass as a member of the Jaguars. I think we were up by 17 points at halftime just the like the Eagles game in 2014 I think, and just like the Ravens game in 2000 where we were also up 17-0 at halftime

Same year Panthers lost the Super Bowl 29-32 to the Patriots or something like that.

Jack Del Rio did some good things as a coach, and his scrimmage game down at the stadium is still going strong almost 25 years later, but one of the worst decisions was to bench Brunell for Leftwich. Byron should’ve never been a member of the Jaguars to begin with since the Vikings let the clock run out during the 2003 draft. They played it off like it was an “oopsy” and it set the Jaguars franchise back for years.

Brunell went on to have 2 good seasons in Washington, and won a playoff game in 2005. Brunell returned to Jacksonville in 2006, and out-dueled the guy that replaced him and won the game in overtime in OT with a walk-off BOMB and finished with 300+ yards and 3 TD.

If Del Rio would’ve kept Brunell, he would have make the playoffs in 2005 with him and Jimmy Smith headed to New England for the 3rd time in their Jaguars playoff careers.

But instead, Del Rio went even more crazy, and pulled Garrard in that playoff game in favor of Leftwich.

Then in 2007, Del Rio released the player that he allowed to replace Brunell and Garrard. By far his worst moves throughout his coaching tenure here in Jacksonville. The decision to go with Garrard in 2007 instead of Leftwich was obviously the right decision. I just believe in my heart of hearts, that Brunell should have been with the Jaguars all the way up until 2008.

I think if Brunell was still around then Jimmy Smith would have played another 2 years which means he would been apart of that 2007 playoff team.

That would have given Brunell another 2 playoffs in Jaguars uniform on his resume (2005, 2007). And who knows maybe we make the playoffs in 2004 and 2006 if Brunell wasn’t run outta town by Del Rio. That would have given Brunell playoff runs in 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2007.

If I’m being completely honest, regardless if Brunell was never ran outta town too early or not, he would not have played better than Garrard did in that 2007 playoff game @ New England.

It will be interesting to see how the team deals with adversity after the great collapse of 2023 and the 2024 team quit after the ETN fumble in the first game of the season.
Respect the game.  Play with a sense of urgency.

1.)  Take care of the ball.  Win the turnover battle.

2.)  It's all about 3rd down.  Win on 3rd down to win the game.

3.) Playmakers make plays.  The only reason that you put your uniform on is to make plays. In order to EARN your paycheck, you must make plays.

Learn from the great collapse of 2023.

I wouldn't go that far. I hate to be the bearer of bad news but expect more of the same, inconsistency with flashes of good play but losing games we should win and ultimately we're out of the playoff running by Thanksgiving again. The first game might be our best game honestly.
