It's great to hear that he's taking his conditioning seriously if the reports are true, but the way the games have played out could really cause the Jaguars problems if Blackmon comes back and seems to significantly improve the offense.

 

He'll suddenly be the indespensible guy who can do no wrong, and for someone with a problem resisting temptation it could cause problems.

 

That said I still hope he plays great and the team looks more competitive with him.

Isn't this his 3rd offense in 3 years if you include his college arrest? Shouldn't the first offense in the pros have been his chance to atone? Isn't his addict-like behavior a serious concern for this team? Why should we lay off him when he doesn't seem to be interested in changing his behavior?

He's gonna be a beast. Hopefully were a little better by the time his contract expires so were able to resign him and won't have to trade our franchise WR for a couple mid-round picks. But something tells me he's gonna be begging to sign an extension once he's catching passes from teddy two-gloves
