Who said thats a sure fire conviction of rape?  What sane people are discussing here are the facts of the case, what is missing, and what should have been done.

 

Some people are on a crusade to convince others he did nothing wrong.  There are now two different accusations of some sort against him.  The first one, possibly criminal and the second not criminal, but the girl had to seek counseling for whatever happened.

 

Where there's smoke there is fire...but for some, he will never be able to do anything wrong.

I thought by "agenda" you meant she had some sort of ulterior motive in reporting a rape.  Wanting to have sex with athletes, well if that's an agenda, then a hundred million women have an agenda.  Just like you might have an agenda of wanting to have sex with supermodels.   But what does that have to do with whether she got raped?

I'm not saying Winston didn't do anything wrong.. I wasn't there.. I'm just looking at facts.. One of those facts being, a lack of evidence.. Now, if the police didn't botch this case, maybe there would have been evidence, maybe not.. We just don't know.. So until new evidence comes out and is made public, it's all just speculation. And yeah, some people on this board will defend Winston simply because of team allegiance which is upsetting.. But some willingly defend him because of lack of evidence. Some on this board are too quick to convict, while others are too quick to defend.. It works both ways..

Don't know for sure if she's a liar or not.. It's indicated that she is because of the toxicology report though.. But I'm sure you'll grab a pitchfork and convict without proper reason like you tried to do me a couple posts above..

Serious issues? No.. But have I had issues? Definitely.. And any male who has had them, will tell you the same.. Now I'm not saying the police did their job correctly and in an efficient manner, that's another story.. The issue at had for you and I is that if women can be devious enough to exploit..

Most grounded people here are saying that because the investigation wasn't done correctly you will never know....but from what is out there, there is a decent chance something illegal happened that night.
