The kid had multiple ESPN segments done on him just for the 2-sport athlete thing let alone the expectations of being a highly-touted QB recruit who had multiple big-time universities going after his signature before signing with FSU. He was in no way, shape, or form a "nobody" even if he hadn't done anything notable on the field at the time.

I'm not anti or pro Winston, I have no idea what actually happened. You don't have to have a horse in this race (although quite frankly anyone who puts football ahead of a rape investigation is wrong in the head) to see the police investigation was a joke and because of that we will never know what happened.

 

A woman claimed she was raped, I don't care if she is a hooker with a sex addiction, if someone alleges a crime of that severity, the police who are there to protect us should investigate fully and that clearly didn't happen. Some of the language being used on here regarding the alleged victim makes me feel quite ill. I honestly hope you people dismissing her as a 'skank' or a 'cleat chaser' don't have daughters.

 

I didn't say they did a good job with the investigation. I only said that it's practically impossible to "tamper" with the toxicology reports, and it seems as though speculation on THAT topic had already concluded (without evidence) that it was manipulated. 

 

As for the second part of your post, that doesn't apply to me.

 

Again, all I'm saying is that they may have screw up, but you can't use that to turn the test results around and say they've been manipulated.

According to records, the accuser was coherent enough to remember that if she presented the cabbie with her student ID she could get a discount fare. Records show she freaked out texting another sorority girl after she couldn't find her credentials. 

 

There is zero evidence to suggest that she was forced to take the cab ride that night. 

 

Without refreshing the memory, it seems that the police collected multiple semen donations from her face and drawers. 

 

Oh wait. She was partying with one dude while wearing semen on her face from another guy all the while chasing another three guys apparently wearing crusty and/or squishy soggy drawers.

 

One would not accuse her of walking down Tennessee Avenue with a mattress strapped to her back, but come on...it is impossible to suggest that she believed that the evening's nightcap at the boys' pad would be milk and cookies.

 

It's comical to see the attempts to taint the Tallahassee Police and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement crime lab considering the accuser took a great big swing and a miss strike three by sending off an aliquot of the accuser's lab specimen to the Florida Gators' crime lab. No home cookin' for the accuser attorney. The Gainesville results were exactly the same as they were in Tallahassee, she was NOT drugged.

 

The accuser deserves to be looked at with a healthy amount of skepticism. Apparently, while waiting to be examined at the hospital, she received a text alerting her another person had "all the answers to SP-1". The accuser was so shaken up by her ordeal, she quickly texted back begging for them.
