Eagles interested in moving up for Johnny Manziel?

Quote:SDR: no doubt Watkins was impressive in college....not dismissing that. But you know the NFL is a different ball game. Bigger, stronger, smarter competition, week in week out.

You think Watkins frame will be able to hold up, if he plays the same way in the NFL?

What's wrong with his frame. He's 6'1, 210. He's solid.

Nothing wrong with those numbers. He looks slighter (frame-wise) than that, though. to me.

We'll see how he holds up in the NFL I guess.

Slight builds bother you all of a sudden?

Bridgewater would take a beating at the next level, and he's very slightly built.  Yet that doesn't bother  you with him.  Why is that?

Never argue with idiots. They drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Actually, I have mentioned "slight frame" being the only concern I have for Bridgewater, all throughout the past several months.

Would I still draft Bridgewater very high? Yes. Because of his QB ability. But the frame concern is there with him.

Not sure why you always have to lie.

Looks ripped out to me, but whatever

Have you seen him play?  He runs over people.

Watkins is the same size as Blackmon. But I don't here TMD questioning Blackmons frame at all.

...in college.

As said, if he tries some of that same stuff in the NFL, I wonder how long he'll stay healthy.

You do understand the definition of a lie, right?  Because you throw the accusation out there a lot, and usually when it has nothing to do with lying.  I know  you're not the sharpest tool in the shed, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised.

You've mentioned his slight frame and dismissed it on more than one occasion.  If anyone is lying here, it's you.

He hasn't, but he'll claim he's seen every snap the kid played.

In the games I watched, I never thought he looked even remotely slight.  John Broussard was a slight receiver.

They are very similar height/ weights. But Blackmon seems a little more thicker framed than Watkins to me.

To be fair, I do recall seeing a post from TMD that said "Bridgewaters frame is a legit concern".

Yet, he isn't.

And if he DOESN'T try some of that stuff in the NFL he could get hurt....

You have bought into this idea that if you are below 6'3" and under 230 pounds, that you are more susceptible to injury.  It's just not true.  Ask Luke Joekel if his slight build is the cause of his injury.

But it was never a legit enough concern to back down the hype when he was declaring him the best player in the draft, and ripping the Jaguars for daring to win games, taking Teddy off the table as an option for this team.

TMD takes every position in a debate so that he can do exactly what he's doing here.  Eventually you'll figure that out.  He'll throw a blurb out there saying the frame issue is a concern, then move on to other things while continuing to tout his guy.  Then, when he's challenged down the road, he can say "Oh, I expressed concerns about..."  It's called schtick.  You can defend it if you want, but most here recognize it for what it is.

I've said many many times in the past several months that frame is Bridgewaters only flaw/ concern. Its there. Again, I would still draft him high in the draft based on his ability though.

If you are going to act as if I have not said this, then yes, you are lying.

Watkins frame is not an issue. You're just trying to invent one.

I'm not saying you didn't say it.  I'm saying you made the statement to cover your bases in the event that he's drafted by this or any team, and ultimately gets hurt because he's slight of build.  That way you've covered yourself if someone comes back and says they told you so about the concerns over Bridgewater.  We know your schtick all too well.  You're really not that clever.

You two babies arguing again? You realize you are just as bad if not worse than him right? You're playing right into his hands every single time you insult him.
