Quote:Blackmon went 5th and he's actually a better prospect than Blackmon. No way. Blackmon has already had bigger games in the NFL than Watkins has had in his entire college career. LOOK AT THE FILM and then you tell me if he's fast enough.Sorry, not that impressed. I would consider him if I were picking closer to #10, but not at #3. Quote:No way. Blackmon has already had bigger games in the NFL than Watkins has had in his entire college career. He is a far better prospect than Blackmon. He would have gone ahead of Blackmon after his freshman season.
Quote:No way. Blackmon has already had bigger games in the NFL than Watkins has had in his entire college career. This doesn't even make sense.

; Quote:He is a far better prospect than Blackmon. He would have gone ahead of Blackmon after his freshman season. No he isn't. Blackmon was a far more dominant player and playmaker whose skill set has already transferred seamlessly to the NFL. He destroyed Watkins in every major college stat except for YPC which they tied. Blackmon was always considered one of the top players in the draft in a very top heavy draft. Probably would have been right behind RG3 if he didn't have his run in with the law. Quote:No he isn't. Blackmon was a far more dominant player and playmaker whose skill set has already transferred seamlessly to the NFL. He is actually. Put them in this year's draft together and Watkins goes ahead of Blackmon. Quote:236 yard game in the NFL > than any game in Watkins college career Or you can compare what they did in college, since that's actually somewhat logical. They both had two 200 yard games in college. Watkins' 227 yard game > any game in Blackmon's college career. We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today! Quote:He is actually. Put them in this year's draft together and Watkins goes ahead of Blackmon. No he wouldn't. In this draft there would be talk of Blackmon going #1. This draft is much weaker at the top than the one he was in.
Ill take a non suspended Watkins over a who knows if we will ever see him suit up again Blackmon anyday.
Quote:Or you can compare what they did in college, since that's actually somewhat logical.lolz isn't it fun pointing out when people clearly don't do there research?
During draft season, you can always tell who actually watches and follows college football.

Quote:Or you can compare what they did in college, since that's actually somewhat logical.Last I checked pro>college You seriously want to compare their college stats though? Blackmon beats him in pretty much every single receiving stat there is. Quote:During draft season, you can always tell who actually watches and follows college football. And you can tell the ones who can watch and understand the difference between college and pro football.

I'll just take this as you've never watched Watkins play and leave it at that.
Quote:And you can tell the ones who can watch and understand the difference between college and pro football. Watkins is a beast dude just give it up.
Shock the world
Quote:Last I checked pro>college Comparing stats on the college level is fine as long as you understand that better stats does not equate to someone being a better or worse prospect. And comparing pro stats to college stats is one of dumbest things I've ever heard of. Matt Flynn had 480 yards in a pro game....by your logic it means he's better than Bridgewater, Bortles, Manziel...just about every QB in this draft that isn't Derek Carr. |
