The Vikings salvaged my night. Watching Teddy potentially tear it up for Houston would be unbearable.

Minn traded up to the late first round was huge because of the fifth year option for first rounder. If TB can have a career like Dalton or Kaep in his first three years, Minn will lock him up for his fifth year and potentially his sixth year. That's big for Minn's cap because they can work on his contract while getting good production.

Texans' loss here even if they can land a decent starter in the 2nd round because they will be forced to overpaid or risk allow the QB leaving the team.

IMO, the Texans QB will be Savage, Mettenberger, or Mallett.

They likely won't chance taking Carr's brother.

You've been spot on with the rest of your analysis of this draft, so we can expect Carr to be the first player taken tomorrow.
Never argue with idiots. They drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Good news for us is they will probably go for a QB in round two, so that's one team picking ahead of us which we don't have to worry about.

A sure sign of a total franchise collapse into tens of thousands of empty seats?

Prisco's back in town. He loves Bortles. Well, yeah. He somehow wormed his way into the Jaguars' once again.

Texans will go McCarron and have Chiefesque success. Will post good win - loss but ultimately keep failing in the playoffs.

I'd rather them get a qb who has no pocket presence.

Do you enjoy it when the Jags do something you don't like? Sure seems like it.

Caldwell has been in the league a long times and has had jobs with some of the top names in the game. What NFL experience do you have?

hahahahaha man the Vikings definitely just made Texans and their fans cry. I love the bortles pick. Personally I thought maybe you could get him lower but who knows.

right now the draft is shaking out pretty well for the jags. I did not want to see manziel or Bridgewater playing in our division with such a chip on their shoulder. Takes away some of the pressure on bortles too.

Coughlin when asked if winning will be a focus: "What the hell else is there? This is nice and dandy, but winning is what all this is about."

There is a good chance Tom Savage "was their guy all along"...someone has disseminated information that he was going to be a top 40 pick...its down to Houston or Oakland.  Oakland supposedly loves Derek Carr...so...I'm going with Houston.  We'll see.

Khan can pass out barf bags when McCarron shreds us apart with just slightly less elite talent than Andrew Luck shreds us apart twice a year.
