I know you wanted him

Colvin told The Oklahoman newspaper last week that his plan is to come back from torn right ACL in training camp. <a class="bbc_url" href='https://twitter.com/search?q=%23Jaguars&src=hash'><span style="color:rgb(132,191,212);">#Jaguars</a> <a class="bbc_url" href='https://twitter.com/search?q=%23JAXpick&src=hash'>#JAXpick</a>

I doubt it. If he shows progress he may can start the season on PUP.

Easy to love a guy that can get you the football like that.

Hey Colvin.....just get 100% healthy. No reason to rush it. 2015 is our year, not 2014.

Wanted him in the 6-7 so, I can't complain. It's like having an extra 2nd rounder next year.

Nickel of the future.

Gotta say I'm not happy with this pick.  After things were really looking up in this draft, Caldwell puts a downer on it  by selecting 177lb CB with a recently torn ACL.  I can overlook trading up into the 3rd to get an OG with a 6-7 round draft grade, and I know Dave is smarter than me, but this is a head-scratcher.

Not doing anything for me at all.  Just when I was starting to get some confidence in Caldwell....

I don't understand the Bills this year. CJ Spiller, Fred Jackson....and you trade for Bryce Brown?

I dunno....he had a round 1-2 grade.

I think your problem is you are thinking too short sighted. Stop thinking that 2014 is the year, its not. 2015 is.

The Bills just want to make sure they don't have to do this draft thing next year.

I was wrong about Trent Baalke.

I agree with you, but I am happy with stashing Colvin. I still would like to see Desir maybe with our next pick. Slot him in as a ballhawk FS, let him go to work.

If I remember it right both Spiller and Jackson are in contract years.  I doubt that both, if either, end up a Bill in the future.

One pick you don't agree with and you're losing confidence in our GM?

I'm surprised Desir is still there now,....I'd be flat out STUNNED if he was there at pick 144.

However, we could trade up to get him....we have the extra 5th.

If the only issue is size, then he has a year to put a bit of weight on.

I find it pretty hard to get any sort of agitated over 4th rounders.
