Quote:Why did Yankey tankey, exactly? I checked Rang's draft board Wednesday night and saw him suddenly listed as a fifth-rounder at best.He was a day one guy on the first-pick.com draft machine. Then he was down-graded to day two. You never know if this is a case where a GM trashes a guy to drop him to a position then takes him to make himself look like he's made a draft steal. He could have been hurt by the Miami Dolphins scandal. Opps There he goes to Minnesota.

This guy could be a pro bowler for us if he bulks up a bit and develops. HUGE upside.

Quote:Is Smith a LEO?No. He can blitz, but not a LEO size player. The LEO for the Seminoles was Christian Jones.

Really want to see Jeffcoat in teal, but the farther down the board that Seastrunk falls, the more tempting he becomes. Yankey, Storm Johnson, Gayle, A.C. Leonard and Mettenberger become very tempting.
Christian Bryant is a guy I'd love to get in six. Another injury sleeper.
Yankey might've been my best evaluation. I was one of the very first people to say he wasn't worth a top 100 pick. Good value in the 5th, though because he is a tough dude...just not strong or athletic enough to be what most people on here wanted.

Is Telvin Smith really 218lbs at ILB? Wow. Why not Christian Jones (if he did not fail his drug test at combine)?
I'm thinking we should have taken Carl Bradford in round 4 when we had the chance, and either CB Marcus Roberson or Antone Exum this round. Quote:Telvin Smith immediately takes over Russell Allen's spot.Dekoda Watson might have something to say about that. I think it's more likely that he spends the year on special teams and gets a shot at replacing Hayes in 2015. Quote:Is Telvin Smith really 218lbs at ILB? Wow.OLB
