Gus just said they will try to get another big RB that can block, and they like that Jedd coached Storm Johnson and he should be good with the system

I'm not a big draftnik but it looks like Dave had strong ideas, trusted the process, and landed several of their targeted players.  I like that he took the long view as far as making picks that aren't expected to start right away.  The good teams always have that kind of foresight.  There are some players that will need coaching and seasoning and healing.  I like the level of confidence and trust the Jags leaders are showing.  I do think Shad + Dave + Gus are a great fit for this team and city.  They are each dynamic in their own way.  There is something special being built here, you can feel it.  Enjoy the process as it unfolds.

Michael Sam drafted by the Rams, good for him.  That's going to be one tough road for him to make that roster though.
