Rookie Minicamp thoughts and highlights

Quote:Storm has a good size/speed ratio. Just gotta take better care of the football, which is fixable. Him and Gerhart are both a nice combo with Todman/DRob I feel like Todman will be the odd man out. I just don't think we'll keep four RBs. We show less advertisements to registered users. Quote:Todman>D Rob He is (especially based on last year). But this coaching staff/GM really likes D-Rob. He'll have to really outperform D-Rob to beat him out unless he excels on ST. We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!
What if Storm turns out to be this year's Russell Wilson for us and wins the job over Gerhart?
I think they will split a lot of carries either way, with Todman getting snaps on 3rd down. Can we trade Robinson to somebody for a ham sandwich?
Bortles has gotta be worn out from everything this past week or so. Not surprised to hear about the wobbly ball thing. It was windy and he's never had a real QB coach so he might be getting used to new technique. Not to mention he's throwing to receivers he's not used to.
Storm will need to show he understands NFL caliber pass protection and blitz pickup and can earn his keep on special teams. That's what keeps young fringe RBs off the roster 9 times out of 10. I think he's a practice squader.
Big crowd today:

@HaysCarlyon Tony Boselli says he hasn't seen a #Jaguars crowd like this since 1996, first ever camp, and that was for a practice in the fall.

Quote:Is Tuna there to check out Bortles? Well since his last job in the league was in Miami and he didn't leave on the best of terms with the organization maybe he's here to finally lift the curse....

@BigCatCountry “When we talked draft scenarios, we always talked Blake and Allen Robinson. When Marqise dropped, we jumped.”

@MichaelLKelly How crowded is #Jaguars rookie mini camp? These fans are peeking through the fence to get a view.http://twitter.com/MichaelLKelly/status/467722715038613504/photo/1
