Greg Little

Does anybody think their is any chance we even consider giving Little at least a workout? I live in Browns territory and have seen most of the Browns games over the last few years. Little was a 2nd round pick, I believe, and I remember him being very good out of UNC and wishing the Jaguars would have drafted him. He hasn't had a great pro career with a high drop rate and inconsistent yardage, but I believe some of that could be due to the coaching and QB carousel that is the Cleveland Browns. He is still only 24 yrs. old and had a lot of potential out of College. Maybe a change of scenery could be good for him? We have a very young receiving core and adding a WR with a little experience may not be bad.

We've got plenty of receivers.  I think Carolina will probably give him a shot.  But I don't think the Jags should.

I was wrong about Trent Baalke.

He can't catch a cold.  When the Browns are close to losing Gordon to a suspension and he can't even last until training camp there, he's got issues.

Before the draft? Probably. But with Robinson now in the fold, I think the staff is content to let him develop into that role.

It all makes sense. I guess my thoughts were look who he had throwing the ball to him through the years. Colt McCoy, Seneca Wallace, Brandon Weeden, Jason Campbell, Brian Hoyer. In only 3 years, he has had 5 different QBs throwing the ball and even combining all 5 of these QBS might not make a quality starter. I was just saying maybe take a chance on him. You could never have too many WRS in todays NFL.

He still can't catch.

This. I wouldn't be totally opposed to the idea, but I don't see any way that he would stick here. He's nothing to write home about athletically, and he's got bricks for hands. Bricks with a light coating of Elmer's glue on them, yes, but bricks all the same.

Always thought he was decent but he really does drop a lot of balls. Good after the catch guy the, camp body and some competition wouldn't hurt imo.

there are already more capable and more talented receivers on the roster that wont get PT as it is.

A slow wideout with bad hands that was cut by a team with WR issues.
