Well, if we'd be down in Jax right now, we'd be sitting there, as neighbors, on our porches, with 7 cases of beer each in our fridge's, a pair of Jags tix to a PS game. and a premium bag of beef jerky each (no cheap [BAD WORD REMOVED] for us) , oh, plus a case of Omaha Steaks each as well. ....all thanks to FBT as housewarming gifts. Wasn't that nice of him??

go check jacksonville Craigslist apts/housing maddog.. You'd be surprised at some of the prices.

Chattanooga has an aquarium with a local waterway theme as well as a big saltwater tank, and it is a major attraction for travelers on I-75 and I-24. There is also an IMAX theater right by it and educational riverboat cruise service nearby. Something like that would be a nice addition to downtown Jacksonville.

I agree it would be a nice addition, and spearhead some further development. Get the ball rolling, if you will.
