They really have to step up the pace to have the North EZ board done by July 15th IMO.  It has taken them about one month to get where they are with the installation of the South EZ video panels, and it appears to only be about 75% complete.

 

I have no doubt though when Lamping says "It WILL be finished".

They're debuting the jumbotrons in July.  That's all they need to have completed, and that's more than likely going to be done by then barring any setbacks.  They can only put one display up at a time, and they're almost done with the SEZ as far as getting it put together.

I noticed that the Bud Light Party Zone sign is gone. Did they pull out or just move to the other end zone. :-)

The static Bud Light Party Zone signage has been replaced by a new ribbon board on the fascia above the zone.  I suspect the advertising will remain but be more dynamic and eye catching along with other content.

The ribbon boards will wrap the entire stadium now.  Should look pretty good during the night games.

I see the new 10 foot high board below the cabanas in the NEZ as a ribbon board on steroids, and will have the same 13mm pixel definition as the main boards.  The ribbon boards on the other 3 sides will be 3 feet high with a 15mm pixel definition.

 

The combination of all the boards and the Show Control display equipment driving them will be nothing short of spectacular.

For those of you that do not speak LED sign speak, this is very good. Most businesses, churches, schools and other organisations tend to go with a 20mm pixel array. Most LED signs that you see on a daily basis are between 20mm & 16mm with 16mm considered as "high definition" from "viewing distance".


That they decided on 13mm is just showing off..... And I like it.


I think I read that the boards were being built by Daktroniks, they are the top brand in these type of signs. The only brand I sell to my customers anyway... Lol.
