In all seriousness..yeah whatever.

I've been eating healthier and exercising for a good six years now. I high-step it 5.2 miles every morning since 1/1/2008. I figure I've walked to CA and back a few times. I feel funny if I don't do it as it's a part of my daily routine.

And I think that's the key. Making it part of your routine.

And that's my bit of sage wisdom. That made me sleepy.

Thanks again. Yeah, I took a short hiatus with mrs jaggy to make a little jaglet ( for the record, not planned, but not prevented. Was in gods hands). Let's hope it's not a full litter. You guys are are great. Thanks for the support.

Here's something I feel the need to say: if your job description refers to you as an engineer but you spend most of your time writing emails than either your job description is wrong or you suck at your job.
