I imagine they don't bring the facilities to them so they don't risk even more people being infected, and because set up would waste valuable time.

I meant we have medical Naval vassels that could move in (and they can be flown to) rather than US soil, but it doesnt really matter because they havent stopped traffic (flights, cargo ships, etc) coming from Africa into the US so if it was as big of a threat of spreading as the media outlets claim than its already too late.

I agree a 100% if the need to bring them to a better facility with better doctors was approved by the US Govt then why in H_ _ _ didnt they fly them to our highly sofisticated (and expensive) Naval medical ships or Carrier?
That way if it broke out we could just sink the ship?



It doesnt matter they havent stopped all flights, ships (cargo, passengers, etc) from Africa coming into the US so if its as bad as many fear if they dont do that it'll spread regardless.

That's 1,000 deaths among a population of how many? 

 

As some here have already pointed out, more people die from the flu on a yearly basis.  There were more than 5 times as many flu deaths between December 2012 and January 2013 in the US.

 

If you want to be concerned, the flu is a more efficient killer, and it can be airborne.

I'm on day 10 now...I'm much better than I was, but it's surprising how tired I get doing the easiest things...and I've been doing nothing but sleeping most of the time!
