For all the bad things Gene did, not giving MJD his 2nd contract extension was a smart one.

That run everyone was complaining about didnt work because Mike Brown cracked instead of blocking the corner in front of him, who was left unblocked. The play probably would have only got 4 yards but thats what it was designed for, put us in a 3rd and manageable.
