Week 4 Games Of Interest

Quote:What is Rupp Arena?

I could not believe that game went to triple overtime. The fact that it did gives me more reasons to fear a lopsided loss in Tuscaloosa.
Kentuck'y basketball arena. The attempt at humor fell flat.

Game im going to keep an eye on, and here's why; Memphis Vs. Ole Miss. If Ole Miss crushes Memphis, which they should, it may bring Game day to Oxford for a huge top ten show down. Im giddy at that thought.

Quote:Florida coming off a big triple OT win over Calipari and his Wildcats.  Anytime you can escape Rupp Arena with a win it's a good day.

Does anybody think Florida will not get blown out tomorrow? I mean a team that needs three overtimes and an officiating error to beat Kentucky at home should not be expected to surprise Alabama in Tuscaloosa, but everyone knows upsets are common in college football. I am worried about this game and hoping for an upset.

They have QB issues. They don't appear to be as dominant as they have been in the past. Overrated? Probably. But still pretty good. I don't think ti will be close

Florida has been in a nail bitter. Alabama not really with West Virginia. This could be a close game. Florida needs to stop the crossing pattern.

Like they don't know that.

Stop the crossing pattern? I don't know any team that wins by taking the crossing pattern out of its playbook.

Maybe, but I know a few teams that have won by taking it out of the other teams' playbook.

And that's what WarJag meant; they need to learn how to stop Alabama - and anyone else they play - from completing crossing patterns.

I'm trying to make myself more informed and less opinionated.

Stop saying whatever stupid thing you're talking about and pay attention to all the interesting things I have to say!

Now that makes a lot more sense. But Alabama is #3 so I am sure they have to do more than that to win today.

Great start for Bama and an ugly one for Florida.

Gators turning things around in a hurry!  Good game to watch thus far.  I'm all for an upset, Go Gators!

Why someone other than Hargreaves is linning up across from Cooper completely befuddles me

It got ugly for both teams: 5 turnovers in the first half and a couple more in the second. But Alabama had some beautiful touchdowns that could not have been stopped.

Hargreaves injured his left ankle so someone else had to come in. He came back for a while, then needed to come out again with a slight limp.
