I've already established he's struggling and he's over compensating for other players struggles. Alfie said as much in his closing statement.

The entire defense is an issue. His issues seem to be more of an over compensation for those around him. Trying to do everyone else's job and in the process his job responsibilities are suffering. They all need to get better and at this point there aren't many options available other than looking in the mirror.
