I have a hard time believing someone is even an actual Jaguars fan if they want to take anything other than a QB in the first.

man if only clowney couldve played qb in the 4th. in all seriousness, both had a great game despite losing. cemented their stock even more tbh.

Pretty much any prospect drafted in the 1st to 7th round is that "type" of qb.

Unless someone like Boyd tumbles, there won't be a QB who has decent potential to be a franchise QB in the second round.

 

In my opinion, the only QBs that can be franchise players are Bridgewater, Mariota, Hundley, and Boyd, none of them should drop below the middle of the first.

Sorry, I just can't use the words "franchise quarterback".      In the same sentence as names like Gabbert and Tebow.

 

Taking a QB in the first round doesn't give him franchise potential......sometimes it's just a mistake.
