The goal is to win a Super Bowl...Gus is not capable of coaching a team to that.  He can't even manage the clock, timeouts or challenges.  He hasn't developed players.

 

And I certainly don't think Caldwell has earned a long stay in J Ville just yet.  There's not 1 pro-bowler in his draft from last year.

Cut bait at seasons end, and get Harbaugh in here at head coach (or similar quality offensive mind) and get Rex Ryan in here to run the defense.

I like Pete Carmichael Jr. myself, but I'm not sure how much Experience he has with play calling.  But, again, I wouldn't want to say he could do a better job than Bradley either.
