Also, if anyone even cares, Jameis Winston's civil lawyer David Cornwell will be on Outside the Lines today at 5:30.

Quote:Maybe YOU need to get your head out of your [BAD WORD REMOVED] and read some of the 86 page SAO report instead of listening to what ESPN and the New York Times tells you, because people who have followed the case closely know that they are leaving out facts of the case because it doesn't fit their agenda. Here, I'll even help you out and link it for you, even though you won't look at it.

It's amazing that all these idiots act like FSU and the TPD tried to cover something up because an investigation wasn't done immediately. Well, it's kind of hard to do an investigation when you have an accuser who won't cooperate and couldn't even identify Jameis until a month after this so called "rape" happened. Originally, she described Jameis as a 5'9-5'11 male and that he weighed about 240 lbs. Then a month later, she magically remembers that "oh, it was Jameis Winston." NOTHING in her story adds up with the evidence collected in the investigation. Her story changed MULTIPLE TIMES. But yet, there was a cover up. Yeah, ok.  Rolleyes

Again, I don't even know why I bother. You, like badger, already have your mind made up.

just to nitpick at the one thing in there......... if you were raped do you think a couple days later you would be like, oh yeah! the dude who raped me was definitely 6'4 inches and weighed exactly 240lbs........ actually you know what? maybe 245 because he had a few beers in him!

Cornwell gets on and drops knowledge bombs and Bob Ley does his best to cut him off every time. Go figure. Bob and ESPN don't want the truth to be heard.

you really think espn would want to make jameis look bad? he brings them ratings.....and you didnt answer my question earlier.

to say that a woman going through shock and crisis should be able to list the physical attributes of her assailant and not be off a couple inches or some pounds, unless she is an expert in body weight.... is ridiculous.

Come on man. How clueless are you? Yes they want him to look bad because that's what will get hits on their website. You think people want to read about Jameis Winston being cleared of any potential wrong doing? Hell no. The lynch mob that ESPN and other outlets have created want to see him burn. None of these outlets tell his side of the story, because if they did, people might actually believe he didn't do it. They constantly leave out important details. Then these new stories break and all these idiots eat it up like it's breaking news. Jimbo Fisher even eluded to it in his press conference today.

As for your previous question, she should have no problem remembering who the person was because there never was a rape. It was consensual sex.

im speaking hypothetically, since we will never know the real story of what happened. you cant say definitively there was no rape.

you could be right in that would get them hits, but i just dont see them wanting to smear him and make him look worse. too much bad publicity for winston would turn off viewers, and if he winds up getting suspended, fsu ratings will certainly drop.

There are affidavits from two witnesses saying that she:

1. Was engaging in oral sex

2. Was on top of Winston engaging in a sexual act

If she was raped, why did she only charge Casher and Darby (the two witnesses) with just videotaping? Why did she not charge them with not coming to protect her? Why didn't she charge them with aiding in this so called "rape"?

And you can disagree with me all you want, but this has been a smear campaign from the start. They are literally bringing up anything they can to make him look like a villain. From the BB gun incident, to the drink incident at Burger King. Now this crap with the autographs.

Then why don't they tell both sides of the story? Regardless of which side you are on, both sides deserve to be told.

And I don't know why I bother with you, your head is buried so far up Jameis' [BLEEP] that I'd be surprised if you couldn't tell us what he had for dinner last night.

i agree but chances are both sides are lying. they were both most likely intoxicated, and we dont know the details.

there have been plenty of times a woman has engaged in oral sex and not wanted to go further, so who is to say that wasnt the case?

in terms of not charging the witnesses, i dont know the law well enough to speculate on that.

i just think its plausable that he raped her and it seems like the police dept and university went through great lengths to cover up something.

either way it seems to me like winston is a bad egg. incident after incident after incident just doesnt bode well.

You are so out in space it's not even funny. You're just another sheep. Taking what ESPN feeds you and going with it.

You're probably the type of woman that believes no woman would ever falsely accuse a man of something like this.

You accusing anyone of being a sheep is laughable, especially since you believe everything you're told...as long as it's coming from FSU. Rolleyes
