i agree but chances are both sides are lying. they were both most likely intoxicated, and we dont know the details.


there have been plenty of times a woman has engaged in oral sex and not wanted to go further, so who is to say that wasnt the case?


in terms of not charging the witnesses, i dont know the law well enough to speculate on that.


i just think its plausable that he raped her and it seems like the police dept and university went through great lengths to cover up something.

Most of the reporting that's came out recently is on the way the investigation was handled, not so much as what happened between the two involved, so there isn't really a need to present "sides", is there?

And you can disagree with me all you want, but this has been a smear campaign from the start. They are literally bringing up anything they can to make him look like a villain. From the BB gun incident, to the drink incident at Burger King. Now this crap with the autographs.

What do/did you want FSU and the TPD to investigate when this "victim" was not willing to cooperate? It's kind of hard to do anything when someone is unwilling to cooperate. She couldn't even identify him until a month later, so they had no clue who the hell the suspect even was.

 

The next thing people make a big fuss about is why didn't the TPD go to Pot Belly's and get the surveillance tape from that night. Well what is that tape going to tell you other than him being there that night. That tape isn't going to show any possible rape.

 

FSU and the TPD reached out to this girl multiple times, and she refused to cooperate. This whole Title IX hearing shouldn't even be happening, since she didn't file a Title IX claim until 20 MONTHS after the alleged incident.

 

It's like you people want the school and TPD to do something they couldn't really do.
