Quote:You sure do question everybody's posts. Are we not allowed to have an opinion? Has tell in been a beast? Nope.. I don't care if someone disagrees with me. I just like to know why he does. Because Telvin is a rookie, he was not expected to be a beast this season. Quote:Don't you need to go bury a bone somewhere? Perhaps it's a particular buried bone that's got his panties in a bunch.

Quote:Don't you need to go bury a bone somewhere? The ZBS scheme we have is the biggest issue regarding our poor running game/ OL. I guess you can't deny that assertion. When EVERY RB we put in there is having the same low YPC last year AND this year, it likely isn't a RB issue. Yarno's scheme yielded the SAME results in Detroit, too. Quote:I don't care if someone disagrees with me. I just like to know why he does. No one disagrees with you. Every time someone types something you have to question it like we don't know what we're talking about. That's all. ![]()

Quote:You sure do question everybody's posts. Are we not allowed to have an opinion? Has Telvin been a beast? Nope.. hes just a rookie dude. the general rule of thumb is you have to give a player 2-3 years before really judging them. for him just to be on the field as a rookie who was drafted in the 5th round is a good start.
Coughlin when asked if winning will be a focus: "What the hell else is there? This is nice and dandy, but winning is what all this is about."

Quote:hes just a rookie dude. the general rule of thumb is you have to give a player 2-3 years before really judging them. I agree. My previous post was he's made some key plays for us. I think he's doing fine for a rookie. He's fast and made some stops on 3 rd down. JW is just on a roll today. ![]()
This whole team is basically rookies and 2nd year players. We all need to relax and let it play out, rather than knee-jerk, fire everyone, scheme/playcall sucks, genius couch GMs mantra.

LOL Like I ever have off days. I really have not noticed how good or bad Telvin is playing. I just think it is good to see a fifth round pick playing as much as he does. I have to remind myself #50 is not Russell Allen. We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!

Quote:This whole team is basically rookies and 2nd year players. We all need to relax and let it play out, rather than knee-jerk, fire everyone, scheme/playcall sucks, genius couch GMs mantra. That is why I hate the knee-jerk reactions here - everyone knows we are the youngest team in the NFL. I understand being impatient for more wins, but Khan, Caldwell, and Bradley all said this is the plan.
Quote:Colvin watch: If no setbacks, Colvin should be playing by the first game after the bye, I'd guess. We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!
Quote: Apparently Branch is probable and Gerhart is questionable, from what I read on jaguars.com yesterday. Holding Gerhart out again would be smart. Ball is not practicing either?
Quote:If no setbacks, Colvin should be playing by the first game after the bye, I'd guess. That probably is also when Lewis comes back.
Quote: Branch has gotten cold. Maybe the injury is affecting his play. No QB sacks in weeks, IIRC. |
