Quote:Oh ok. I was under the impression that they had to exactly match the contract we offered. Which contained a 1 year option for Mack to leaveI believe it was actually a two-year option, after 2015, but I'm not positive on that. We show less advertisements to registered users. Did he say anything about trades with the deadline approaching?
"Before you criticize a man, walk a mile in his shoes. That way, if he gets angry, he's a mile away and barefoot."
What I thought was interesting was that it sounds like Dave is adaptable. He is moving towards smaller and more athletic line backers to keep up with the pass happy offenses.

Yep, the two down thumper is a thing of the past, I expect the Jaguars to target more "Telvin Smith's in the 2015 offseason. Quote:Speaking of Mack, is he available again this year due to the contract we offered? Mack just got put on IR two weeks ago with an injury and was signed to a big contract by the Browns when they matched the offer we gave him. He isn't going anywhere. Plus, Bowanko has actually played decently the last two weeks. We might as well let him develop like all the other rookies and 2nd year players we have. |
