Virgin Galactic's SpaceShipTwo crashes; 1 dead, 1 injured
 

Virgin Galactic's SpaceShipTwo, part of a commercial space venture founded by British billionaire Richard Branson, crashed during testing Friday and broke into several pieces. One person was killed and another injured.

Consider that, along with the Orbital Sciences rocket failure a few days ago, and this has probably been the worst week that NASA and the private space industry has ever seen.
