Not sure I agree it was a horrible pass. He may have put it short on purpose so only Hurns could get to it. Hurns didn't have steps on the defender.

What does Cyp do great?  He is very average is run support and pass coverage.

I'm not saying it was a precise pass...I'm saying they finally let Bortles go for it, and his receiver helped him out. We should be happy to see that.
