Second time I've read this. When was this said of Bradley taking over?

 

The announcers said it during the game.  It must have been during there media time with the team, coaches, etc. in preparation for the game.  They mentioned it a couple of times that Bradley has essentially taken over the D (scheming, play calling, working with DBs, etc.).

They originally said something along those lines, then they back-tracked and said that Gus has taken a more "hand's on" approach with the defense in recent weeks. If they elaborated further with the tidbits in your last sentence, I definitely missed that part.

+Denard Robinson has rushed for over 300 yards and averaging 5.7ypc the last 3 weeks.  He is the man

 

+Defense has played better in spurts. They allowed too many big plays but considering all of the backups playing it's promising to see

 

+The offensive line has played much better.  They are run and pass blocking much better.

 

+Hurns is back in the saddle.  He made some really tough clutch catches today

 

+Cecil Shorts took a major hit without being injured. Thought for sure he was going to IR after that hit

 

+The team has scored more than 20 points for the second time this season. 

 

+We won the turnover battle.  #Because Jaguars we lost the game but this is a great sign

Todman did a great job today too on both ends of special teams.


Very happy with how the rest of the team is protecting the football. BB's another story..


The guys never quit...they fought to the last. I love this most. It was a heartbreaking int, but we were in it. We were dukin' it out with a playoff team on their turf. Turn that int into a TD, and I believe our D might have been able to get a stop.


BB only had 1 int.. (even if it could have been 5)


I want to repeat it, Hurns Hurns Hurns...YEAH !!!! D. Rob too...great game!

that's just it though, didn't you hear the announcers? Gus bradley has taken over the defense

 

it's been pretty self explanatory to me, earlier this team never blitzed, dropped back in the softest zone coverage known to man.. it was just ugly

 

now we play press coverage and bring heat all the friggin time, we got burnt a few times today but im okay with it

 

bengals are a good team, good offense, can't expect this D to keep carrying this pathetic offense

I was about to write the same thing - That included a 12 and a 19 yard gain too. And importantly, he was breaking tackles on third down.

BB5 only had 1 interception this game. a stinker but he knows it.

Gerhart starting to look like a RB....I was cringing when I first saw him out there

 

Special Teams lost this game for us.

 

To me our weakest link right now.
