Whoever photo shopped that pic of JW is amazing.

The best thing about the McElwain news is that the Gators should start to see progress in the development of their QBs.  This may not spell good news for Treon since McElwain's history shows that he prefers a pro style offense.  Just glad Will Grier was redshirted.  Should be interesting to see the real potential of the WRs assuming the QB position gets fixed.

Robinson could have an insane year.

He had one distinct advantage at CSU. He could tell those kids from out of state that pot is legal in Colorado.

It's still against the NCAA regs.  It's still on the banned list.  One failed "random" test and they're in trouble.

Excited to see what McElwain will do with the QBs. I think Grier will be the starter next year

The job is Treon's to lose. I assume there will be an open quarterback competition in the spring and summer. Nothing would make me happier as a Gators fan than the second coming of J.T. Barrett if Will Grier can be that good in 2015.

Too bad CSU QB Grayson got his redshirt pulled when their QB went down in 2011.   He could have pulled a Russell Wilson (NC St to WISC) and transferred to UF to get his Masters and play another season.

Why is the job Treon's to lose?  Did you see the history of McElwain's QBs ?  CSU Grayson and Alabama (McElroy & John Parker Wilson) are both pro style offenses.

Personally, I wanted the spread type offense with Rich Rodriguez (which I think Treon would excel) but I think the McElwain era will look a lot like Bama's offense.   Treon's strength is not accuracy.

Mcelwain only got 3.5 mil a year and the buyout was dropped to 5mil BTW.
