Connor Cook returning for senior season

#1

He would have been one of the top QBs in this draft class.

Might be in the running with Hackenberg for top QB next year

Hackenberg was terrible this year. He would need one heck of a turnaround to be considered the top QB next year.

No SEC quarterbacks are better than Cook and Hackenberg?

To say Hackenberg regressed this season would be an understatement. Then again, losing a receiver like Allen Robinson will certainly put a damper on your stats.

It's going to be interesting to see if Hackenburg gets back to his 2013 form after a year with James Franklin and his staff. I'm not sure about who his QB coach is, but he has a lot of talent to work with there.

Might just have been an adjustment period for him.

I'm trying to make myself more informed and less opinionated.

Stop saying whatever stupid thing you're talking about and pay attention to all the interesting things I have to say!

The most alarming thing with Hackenberg is he got worse as the season went on.

His last five games of the year, he had no game where he threw for over 200 yards. He had no game where he had above a 50% comp percentage. He only threw 2 total TD's. And aside from Michigan State, that was against mostly mediocre competition.

I guess money doesn't interest him???

or I guess he's going for the #1 pick hype next year.

Not for the NFL's game. No, I don't think so.

I guess my mistake is watching Hackenberg's two ball out games as freshmen, hearing chatters of him being the considered for #1 when he declares, and thinking he'd have a natural progression. He's got the size and a rocket arm. We will see if he can pull it together in the next year or two
