Jameis Winston likely to be cleared of any CoC violations

Pictures of Johnny with rolled up money and what appears to be illegal drugs. Hanging out with turds beating people up. Great company kept, excellent choices.

If he can do it, so can Winston. Quote:You brought up his maturity. This debate thing isnt for you, John. So because he gets drunk automatically means he's not mature?
Ask browns brass what they think of his maturity, it's been well publicized. NFL players are held to a different standard, especially of his notoriety, and with the amount invested in them as well as the fact that thru the privilege of playing in the NFL, they have kids looking up to them. This is exactly why he dropped in the draft, maturity and talent concerns. Both have come to fruition. Does this really need to be explained to you? Why don't you just run off to your frat party and stop trying to think.

Jameis Winston is absolutely a knucklehead. He's essentially a 5 year old in the body of a 20 year old. That being said, I don't think the rape allegations should be included when evaluating his character. THREE different entities have cleared him. He's got maturing to do, definitely. That will certainly steer some teams clear being that the Franchise QB typically has to be matured beyond his years. I still think he can do it. He is elite vs. pressure and has great pocket footwork. I would argue his biggest on-field knock is that he is too trusting of his WR's at times. He throws the ball to a spot and expects his WR to go get it.

The generalization of "greek life" when not taking into consideration of such things like:
1. decade 2. postsecondary setting 3. morays is indicative of using a "very broad brush to paint" the lifestyles of too many social groups. Ignorance is bliss, #33

Quote:So none of those are crimes? Crimes that he was either accused of and cleared, served his time (for the misdemeanor) or was punished for violating the student code of conduct. I know you want him to serve the death penalty for stealing crab legs, but this is America, not Iran.
Whether someone has a liberal, or conservative viewpoint, a authoritative figure should not lock a thread for the sole purpose to get the last word in all the while prohibiting someone else from being able to respond.

Quote:I love how you always blow things out of proportion. If nothing else, I can expect that from you. Wait! So Winston has been punished enough already right? The criticism of Winston off the field issues are overblown right? I mean if I was a Winston detractor, I would call on him serving months maybe years in jail because he is a danger to the community.

Quote:I love how you always blow things out of proportion. If nothing else, I can expect that from you. No kidding. Their hero is a criminal (misdemeanor or not) and I'm the bad guy here! Got to love it!!
What in the Wide Wide World of Sports is agoin' on here???
Quote:No kidding. Their hero is a criminal (misdemeanor or not) and I'm the bad guy here! Got to love it!! Who said Winston was a hero? I have been critical of his actions. I even said he is skating on thin ice with the team. If Diesel was here he would back that up. Now that the facts come out about the sex assault cause and he was cleared of any wrong doing, the people who support him now are supporting a "hero".

Quote:Who said Winston was a hero? You must have called him a hero around the same time I asked for the death penalty for him....
