No announcement yet. Watching him, he is certainly as good a receiver as Kevin White. He is the kind if guy who just catches everything thrown his way. Can never have enough sure handed targets.

He's rated the #8 WR of 2016 by nfldraftscout which would put him in the 2-3 round range. So he doesn't seem to be that undervalued. Also, how is he a 2-3 round talent and also a Julio clone at the same time?
