I was thinking and wondering the same thing when I read that, I'm not sure.  It didn't make a ton of sense to me.

 

I saw an article today that came out that she is suing the school.  They'll settle out of court and she'll do pretty well.  She will then sue Jameis after he signs and will do pretty well again.

I still don't see why someone would continue to push this issue, receive constant criticism through all of it, and then continue to ask for more.

My guess is that since they couldn't get it taken to court and that because Justice Harding didn't find enough evidence, they won't go away until they get some kind of payday out of this.

Yes, and being ostracized the rest of your life isnt worth that.  I mean I guess it could be to some people, but I'd imagine they would be few and far between.

Then why do false rapes happen if no one would want to do it or go through it?  If she wins in a civil case she can claim victory and will be sitting on millions of dollars.  Money is a very strong motivator.  Again, I would like to reiterate that I have no idea what happened, but I just think it is silly to say "I don't get why she would keep pushing the case if it didn't happen" when there are millions and millions of dollars on the line.  You don't think the attorney wants that money?

It is silly to say that you don't understand why she would do it. When there is 7 figures on the line I'm not sure why anyone would think there couldn't be other motives.

7 figures won't last forever at her age. Again, I'm the one who said it's all about the cash for her. ..it still doesn't mean I have to understand why someone does it, or question why someone would put themself through it.

Ummm most people won't earn that in their entire lifetime. You don't have to understand anything. I just don't get why you don't understand it. Also, you think she won't be able to get any jobs? You don't think she has a lot of support? Not only will she be able to find work, she can potentially take that money, invest and be set for life.
