Jags request interview with Bill Callahan for OC

#61

Quote:Ed Werner of ESPN says that Bill Callahan will not re-sign with the Cowboys before he has an opportunity to talk with a number of teams that have expressed interest in talking to him about employment.

Reading between the lines, Werner is clearly saying Callahan is shying away from the Jaguars open OC position.

FBT,

I did not quote Ed Werner directly, so no such inference should be made.

Basically Ed Werner is saying that Callahan intends to explore his options.

The 3 day period that Dallas had ends today.

Cant believe he went to WASHINGTON. I would figure Jacksonville has much better weather. He should have been our OL coach, maybe contract wasn't great?

I suppose the notion of Callahan becoming an OL coach wasn't so off the wall after all, huh?

I see that Washington gave him a three year contract. That seems longer than usual, doesn't it?

That might have been the clincher.

I read on Twitter that Snyder gave the guy a contract that Jerrah couldn't even match.

I'm trying to make myself more informed and less opinionated.

Stop saying whatever stupid thing you're talking about and pay attention to all the interesting things I have to say!
