Deflate Gate - the report is in

Quote:In case you missed it above (with a few changes):

Let's modify the dog analogy so it makes more sense and is more germane to the topic.

You take 12 puppies to a kennel to be looked after and cared for while you go on a trip. You are trusting that establishment to take care of the dogs while you are away. You check the dogs before leaving and they are healthy and happy. When you return you find that 11 out of 12 of them are malnourished and near death.

So... do you blame the kennel where the dogs were entrusted, or... do you just say, well, I have no idea who didn't feed them so no one should be accountable?
An analogy that relates.

Firstly, your analogy makes absolutely no sense pertaining to this argument.

Second, I would find out the facts before placing blame. Could the dogs be sick? See how finding out facts before placing blame can change the outcome?

It was less than 1 minute after my previous post..... Interesting indeed if thats what you are trying to stand by.

Are you from New England or were/are you a New England fan?

His analogy makes perfect sense.  The NFL can clearly check to see if the balls had a defect.  I'd be pretty shocked that 12 balls the Patriots had in their possession were defective and the 12 the Colts had all perfectly held their psi.

Do you see where this is shady?  Are you just arguing to argue?

Its amazing how if you want facts to back up an argument, you are suddenly a Patriot fan. For the 50th time, I dont give a crap about the Patriots and hope if evidence comes forth that the person(s) are punished.

The refs DID check the balls before the game, and they were all legal. The refs DID check the balls afterwards and they were 2psi short. So tell me how they got that way. Its a very simple question that everyone seems to have the answer to, but no one cares to share it. Thats all I want.

Maybe the white house deflated the balls to take focus off of the REAL problem

Because my analogy was pertaining SPECIFICALLY to "its the patriots footballs so they are responsible". Therefor my analogy was, "its your lawn so its your problem." Its not my fault if you cant follow the conversation.

I agree with screwdriverguy that until we get the deets on how these balls lost air you can't just dole out arbitrary punishment. Who knows what happened maybe some ray gun from outer space did it.

The NFL im sure has all the information they need to punish the Patriots.

Show me evidence and i'll jump right on in with the "Belicheatz" mob, and be happy they(whoever it is) gets punished. And it could have been some swamp gas from a weather balloon was trapped in a thermal pocket and reflected the light from Venus. No evidence, but im gonna run with it anyway.

I cant tell if serious

What we know is irrelevant.  The NFL knows everything they need to know to deal a punishment.  And I'm telling you, count on it.

Still nothing for this?

Some footballs were under-inflated. Why where they under-inflated? Who under inflated them? When did it happen, where did it happen, how did it happen? So right now, Who gets punished for what?
