I made the typical stuff.
Boneless buffalo wings Jalaepeno cream cheese poppers Soft baked pretzels with beer cheese sauce Loaded potato skins Nachos ![]() "What do I know of cultured ways, the gilt, the craft and the lie? I, who was born in a naked land and bred in the open sky. The subtle tongue, the sophist guile, they fail when the broadswords sing; Rush in and die, dogs - I was a man before I was a king." Quote:Deacon, what kind of smoker are you rockin'? It's the generic "CharGriller" from Lowe's. This one is a side-by-side grill with one being Propane and the other being charcoal. You buy the table top grill and it doubles up as the firebox. It's not the biggest one I've seen, but I smoked three chicken breasts, 24 wings and two racks of ribs at the same time yesterday. Since I was preparing pork and poultry, I went with apple woodchips for flavor.
I'm trying to make myself more informed and less opinionated.
Stop saying whatever stupid thing you're talking about and pay attention to all the interesting things I have to say!
Quote:Domino's Pizza and Miller Light #TheGoodLifeSome people just want to watch he world burn. ![]() Made some garlic/parm wings from scratch with a yogurt/cilantro/cucumber dipping sauce, came out pretty darned good. Also had stuffed peppers wrapped in bacon and a humus plate.
It's like the Food Channel Network in here.
I survived the Gus Bradley Error.

Deacon, your wing sauce was a hit!
"Before you criticize a man, walk a mile in his shoes. That way, if he gets angry, he's a mile away and barefoot."
Quote:Deacon, your wing sauce was a hit! Glad it was a hit! Did you put it on after cooking (toss the cooked wings in the sauce) or before?

Quote:Glad it was a hit! Both. I used some of the sauce as a glaze and used the remainder to finish it off.
