I don't know what to say man, something is wrong there. It should be more like 50-70 tons per acre. There's no way a commercial farm is getting a few hundred lbs per acre.

4.46 X 43,560 = 194,277 lbs per acre.


Or 97.138 tons per acre. That's really high yield but that's way more in line with what I'd expect.

For starters where's the 40 acres? that makes a drastic difference in what you can and can't farm. and talk to senor he does the grape vines.
