I wish gambling wasn't such a big deal in the US or I would throw some money on over and under for the up coming draft and regular, I would't be surprised if Bridgewater is the only top 5 qb I would not be surprised if he is over 3800 yds for the seasons over 20 tds under 15 interceptions.

I think just the presence of playmakers and a decent o line will help. Blackmon is play maker, shorts the third is one two, both can get open and create room for the qb, with ace sanders underneath. I am shocked that the jags don't have a qb on the roster to take advantage of the skill of these receivers.

CJ Fiedorowicz is who I want in the 3rd.  I hope he falls, a few years ago people was saying he was going to be the best TE in college.  I think he got hurt or something but dude would be a huge redzone target and has the potential to be the best TE in the draft.  I would even trade back into the 2nd if we had too.

This is my main argument for Bridgewater, we need a guy to step in immediately and make plays and take advantage of what we have. I think Mariota in time can be good, very good in fact, but it is proven that spread/read option qbs struggle with the initial conversion to a pro style offense where a lot more is required pre snap and post snap from the qb. Kind of why Geno has struggled at times this year. Its not the qb, its the system that they learned because college coaches want to win games. Spread option gives teams the best chance to put up points

He is going to be a qbs best friend, he is huge, sure hands and he physical against linebackers and safeties. Would be a good grab in the 3rd

If we could get Teddy, one of the top RB's, CJ, and fix our oline in free agency

 

Use the mid to late rounds to help plug some of the holes on defense, and next year we could go almost all defense.
