Bunches, and many, many other countries as well.  Kill houses are designed to fit a certain culture or region of the world that an action may be taken. That is one example.

It happens almost daily at training sites throughout the world.

The difference is, the US does not make it a news event.

Some here would have us believe the U.S. military uses mockups of targets within our country in their training exercises.

psh they've admitted they use domestic targets for training more then foreign targets, that's a given.

To be fair was Iran actually making it a news event or was the news making it an event because of Iran.
