You gotta have a sense of humor about this. It is somewhat humorous. I mean, what is Tampa going to do to top this?

His pot dealer is going to file for unemployment. The local liquor store will have to downsize. The beach bars will layoff two bartenders each. Oh-yeah, did anyone mention dude's a freaking idiot.

Blackmon sticks it to his fans and this organization.

Quote:He's an addict. Plain and simple, and unfortunately he'll always be an addict no matter how long he keeps sober. And when you're an NFL player the environment isn't really conducive to keeping sober. His problem in college was alcohol, right? Do they test in college for drug use too? Quote:His problem in college was alcohol, right? Do they test in college for drug use too? I'm not sure, but I think alcohol is included in the NFL program, especially when you get arrested for drunk driving like Blackmon did.

Well I'm confused - what did he get nabbed for the past several times, alcohol or drugs?.... We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!

Well I will eat a nice helping of Crow. I was defending keeping him around. He needs to spend the rest of the season in some sort of rehab to get his head on straight. He has amazing talent but not all his dogs are barking. The Jag should be using every all resources to help this young man. Not for the betterment of the team but for him as a person. Here's hoping JB can mature. I might spend the whole season drunk if I was on this team but come on, bud..

Quote:Well I'm confused - what did he get nabbed for the past several times, alcohol or drugs?....DUI in June 2012, which probably got him into the NFL program. Then another infraction this past off-season which netted him his 4 game suspension and now this. I don't know what the last two where for or what drug they included but I suspect they were alcohol related since he also had a DUI in college. |
