I don't understand what the Raiders or Eagles are doing. Raiders have an up and coming guy in their own Murray, and also signed Helu who is a good third down back. Eagles already have Sproles and just signed Mathews.

While I understand the business side of the equation, it doesn't seem like he truly wants to play for the Jaguars or Raiders. Otherwise, this probably would have been resolved by now.
