Of the guys on that list, Felix Jones is somewhat intriguing if he's healthy and in shape.

I love Lonnie Pryor. He always turned out to be the best FB in the league on Madden.

The Veteran Combine isn't really for big name players.  They don't need any help getting signed to teams.  These players do.  This gives them opportunities to earn a contract.  It won't be exciting for fans, but it's a good opportunity for teams.  If they find a guy they think "hey, he's still got something left in the tank, let's give him a shot", then it's done it's job.  Of course it's still something for fans to follow between the college combine and the draft other than a bazillion mock drafts that try to predict who's going where.

Me too. That draft was full of DE duds. Carriker, Jamaal Anderson, Jarvis Moss, Gaines Adams.

Yeah. I hesitated in listing him. But he was already out of Tampa by that point.

 

I won't lie. I liked Carriker and Anderson alot for the Jags that year.
