My gut feeling is Red Bryant will either end up signing with the Falcons  ( Dan Quinn ) or return to the Seahawks.    With a low cost contract likely.   In Seattle,  it probably would be for the NFL Veteran Minimum.   I'll be surprised,  not shocked if this is the end of Bryant's NFL career.

Wonder if they're eyeballing anyone else out there.

Side note:  I guess bringing Izdik in definitely helped in regards to the speed they seemed to bring people in over the past 2 days.  Everytime I hit refresh for a while it seemed like we brought someone new in.

If a front office like the Jaguars (who clearly meticulously thinks things out) are ok with why aren’t you?

I don't have to agree with everything the front office does

I liked having Red Bryant there for depth and in case of injuries (which WILL happen)

The Jaguars have plenty of D line depth, the truth is there was no reason to pay $5M to a 31 year old (backup) run stuffing DE.

That's some expensive and aging depth.

Never argue with idiots. They drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Saves 4.5 mill but where we are we going to spend it?

Obviously once we signed Odrick he was going out the door.

More money to throw at Murray? I'm a huge fan of giving Murray more money, but hey, if we have the money to blow, then blow it!

Maybe they are planning a new offer for Murray.

Haha just because we saved $4.5M doesn't mean we have to spend it.

Nah let Murray go to Philly.

We don't HAVE to spend it all. We can have another fun free agency next year also Smile

Have we spent 89% of the cap yet?

You do understand that an average over multiple years, right?

Yea but are we even close to being able to hit that mark?

I know why they released Red but I'm just curious if they did it with a certain player in mind.

I believe that's applicable over a 4 year period
