Man.... I gots a case of the bad juju. Any witch doctors out there that can help me? 

 

On Sunday a truck lost it's load on 95 and my car was severely hobbled and left me stranded in SC for 3 days waiting on Swedish parts to get to the middle of nowhere. (first overnight delivery brought the wrong parts)

 

Last night I get off a plane in Albuquerque and get in the rental to drive towards Santa Fe and BOOM!!! Giant steer runs out in front of us. Totaled the ride. My friend has tiny  little glass cuts all over her face but - 

Miraculously no real injuries either time.  I don't know  -   Maybe I'm lucky after all ....

Good point, NY I suggest you look for a home there in Santa Fe I hear it's a lovely place.

Actually I really enjoyed the light rain this morning while I was out getting my roadwork in. It really smelled very much like spring. Probably something I wouldn't have noticed or cared about 20 or 30 years ago. But I found it quite refreshing, although I did get drenched.

Sad and lonely is a state of mind. There's always something to do to beat the lonely blues.. A trip to the bar for a couple beers and a nightly companion would cure what ails ya..
