Maybe he'll turn out to be good, maybe he'll be Matt Flynn. Time will tell.

Patience with young players is sometimes rewarded.

And sometimes, it is heinously punished.

There was over a quarter to go when it happened. I'm really disappointed that they didn't let him go for the record.

Even though they kept him in was it just me or did it seem like they really werent trying to let him break the record?

The Eagles are manic depressive. Not sure how they can be so up and down....the other game they had trouble scoring 3 points on offense against the Cowboys, and this week scored touchdowns at will vs a decent Raiders team....

Kelly needs to get that team to play more consistent.

Anyone still opposed to trading for Foles if we miss out on a QB in the first?

The Eagles should petition the NFL to play their remaining games on the road.    I can't recall an NFL team that has been so much better on the road than at home through the midway point of an NFL season.

I would be against it....well, I'd be against paying anything higher than a 5th rounder for him, anyway. Crazy as it will probably sound, my opinion on Foles as a full time starter really hasn't changed much even after that game yesterday. Many of the big plays yesterday were breakdowns in coverage by the Oakland defense. Granted, Foles did make the plays that were handed to him, and you have to give credit where credits due, but - do I think that Foles can consistently be able to go out there and put up big numbers on a weekly basis? No I do not. It wouldn't shock me to see him turn around and throw in a clunker next week vs the Packers.

They've lost 10 straight home games. :woot:

It = record tying.

Your scoring system is on meth.
